CHELSEA FASANO, MHC-LP, she/her
How do we hold on to what truly matters in a world that keeps drifting from intimacy, depth, and devotion?
This is among the questions I seek to explore as a counselor, coach, and meditation teacher. With three degrees from Columbia University, including master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Counseling, I aim to bring both intellectual rigor and spiritual depth to my work with individuals and couples.
My psychotherapeutic approach bridges contemplative practice, embodiment, and the science of sexuality. I draw on nearly two decades of training in the yogic arts, classical tantra, meditation, and embodiment to help clients move beyond insight into lived transformation. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in science, sex, and spirituality to distill accurate, practical tools from ancient traditions, making them accessible and effective for modern life.
This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve spent much of my life exploring what it means to feel deeply, to relate intimately, and to show up as my whole self in a world that often asks us to do the opposite. My clients often describe my presence as grounding, revelatory, and refreshingly real.
Whether you're looking to deepen your relationships, navigate grief or shame, or better understand your own body and desires, I will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and clarity. I’m committed to providing compassionate support and practical tools to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
I am anchored in the belief that intimacy with ourselves and others is not only possible, but necessary. It begins by becoming willing to show up fully to what’s happening in ourselves, each other, and the world. You have the capacity to live more fully, emotionally, erotically, and authentically. Exploring what’s real, what’s hard, and what’s possible is sacred work and I’d be honored to do it with you.
