It can be hard for busy New Yorkers to slow down and tune in to their own thoughts and feelings. Often, those who engage in therapy find significant relief just knowing that they have a place where they can speak freely and be heard without judgment. This can be especially true for people who have felt isolated, guilty, embarrassed, or worried to talk about their problems.

We work collaboratively with our clients to set goals, identify barriers to growth, increase coping skills, and build on their existing strengths.
